An accomplished digital strategist, Duncan was formerly the Chief Digital Officer of one of the world’s leading business schools, and has over a decade of experience in high profile roles at the University of Cambridge and King’s College London.
With a background spanning digital, corporate communications and marketing, he now consults in the education, insurance, and finance sectors, specialising in navigating the challenges faced by complex institutions in the digital age. He has a long association with data visualisation, along with humanities and heritage projects.
Duncan is currently solving problems for clients including the Zurich Insurance Group, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
He is currently collaborating on a major global report into the impact of digital disruption on the resources and structures of the world’s leading universities.
